How Our Fundraisers Work
WE MAKE IT EASY TO FUNDRAISE!
Our "Fundraising Season" runs between September 1 and May 30
THE DINE OUT PROGRAM
- You pick a Dine Out date and location that works for you
- We give you an Ordering Link and QR Code unique to your organization
- We provide everything you need to run the campaign — see the Organizer's Kit below — plus Tips for making your fundraiser more successful
- Once the fundraiser begins, we take care of the ordering and payments made by your supporters
- On the day of the Dine Out, we arrive with all of the orders for your group, individually packaged for each participant
- Within a week of your fundraiser, we send you a check for 15% of the revenue generated!

Every group gets a full set of materials, made for them, with their own dates and ordering link already on it. You don't design anything.

You will receive a dedicated link that is updated regularly showing your orders and the amount you've raised so far…

WHAT IF WE DON'T GET 15 ORDERS?
Every group wonders about this, so here is exactly how it works:
- 15 or more orders — the full fundraiser. Our staff are on site for an hour handing out the orders, and your group receives 15% of everything sold.
- 8 to 14 orders — we deliver the orders for your organizer to hand out, and we make a $50 donation to your group.
- Fewer than 8 orders — talk to us and we'll work something out. Nobody goes home with nothing.
The reason for the split is staffing — below about 15 orders we can't cover having our people on site for the full hour. But there's no reason your families should miss out on the dinner, or your group on the donation.
